Dieser WriteFreely-Server ist Teil unseres freien Open-Source-Angebots namens litera.tools für Kreative, wie unsere Mastodon Instanz unter literatur.social und der Peertube-Server, den Ihr unter stream.litera.tools findet. Schaut Euch gern auch die anderen Lösungen an, die wir für Euch betreiben. Der Zugang ist gratis, wer mag darf unerem Server gern ein Eis ausgeben oder ihm etwas in Sparschweinchen tun für mehr Arbeitsspeicher.
Wir wissen, dass Kreative noch immer viel zu oft prekär leben. Auch hier gibt es viele Menschen, die ihren Lebensunterhalt mit kreativer oder anderer freiberuflicher Arbeit verdienen. Manche haben Mühe, über die Runden zu kommen, andere werben für Produkte und/oder Crowdfunding. Solange die Accountbesitzer*innen ehrlich angeben, was sie “verkaufen” (manchmal brauchen die Leute einfach Geld, um sich auf ihre kreative Arbeit konzentrieren zu können, und verkaufen noch nichts), ist es akzeptiert, um Unterstützung zu bitten oder für neue Bücher, Kunstwerke usw. auf humane Art zu werben.

We're happy about mainly German speaking book people. We moderate in German and English. (Please have a look at our server rules, in English below.)
There are a lot of people who earn their living with creative or other freelance work. Some may struggle to make ends meet, some may advertise products and/or crowdfunding. As long as the accounts' owners state honestly what they “sell” (sometimes people just need money to be able to focus on creative work and don't sell anything yet) it's accepted practice to ask for support or advertise in a human way for new books, artwork etc.
It's okay to discuss topics like the copyright directive fiercely. But please stay fair and choose your words wiseley as if you would sit next to the person and look them in the eyes.
We do not tolerate hatespeech, stalking, verbal abuse or doxxing. If a person does not want to be in contact with you, then don't contact them.
We do not tolerate racism, sexism, discrimination of genders, ethnic groups or minorities.
We do not tolerate Nazi propaganda, Nazi symbols or rightwing ideology.
Such and related behaviour against the community or specific persons can result in toots being deleted, accounts muted or completely removed from this instance.
